Online check-in
Make a smooth and quick check-in on the Internet and save time at the front desk!
This service is available within one week after booking and up to 24 hrs (of the last working day) prior to arrival.
In order to avoid confusing data, an e-mail address may only be used once and therefore in the case where there are more than one booking number, please use different e-mail addresses.
E.g. you have the following situation with your family :
John Doe (booking number 123456)
• e-mail: john.doe@test.se
Jane Doe (booking number 123457)
• e-mail: jane.doe@test.se
After registration you will receive an e-mail with your personal membership number.
Check-in online in 5 steps:
1. Please register with your booking number, e-mail address and name (Please make sure that you use the same name as on the booking confirmation)
2. You will receive an e-mail to verify your e-mail address. Please click on the link provided.
3. You can now create your account by filling in the required information and creating your personal password.
4. Press "next" and you will reach the user dashboard. From here you can check-in online.
5. You will receive a confirmation e-mail if the check-in has been successful.
