I cannot check-in online. Why?
It can have different reasons why you cannot check-in online:
1. When did you made your booking? Please note that checking in online is possible from 7 days after your booking has been made.
2. Please double-check if the name on the booking confirmation of the travel agency is written correctly. If not, please contact the travel agency and Eden
3. You can only register with the full name that is written on the booking confirmation of the travel agency.
I did not receive an e-mail with the account verification.
Please double-check if you entered the correct e-mail address, if the e-mail went into your spam folder or if your mailbox is full.
Should you still not be able to check-in online, please send an e-mail to Eden Lifestyle here. Please inform us about the name on your booking confirmation and your booking number. We will answer you within the next working day.
Until when can I check-in online?
The online check in service can be used until 24 hrs (of the last working day) prior to arrival.
Changes of booking details
I changed my travel dates after having checked-in online .How can I change that?
You cannot make changes yourself. In this case, please send an e-mail to Eden Lifestyle and we will change the dates for you.
The name of the second passenger is not correct. How can I change that?
You cannot change the name of the second passenger yourself. Please send an e-mail to Eden Lifestyle and we will change the names for you.

Do I have to book the direct transport in beforehand?
No, you do not have to pre-book the direct transport. This service is standard in all our Eden Lifestyle Hotels and is automatically booked for you.

You are warmly welcome to visit the Eden Lifestyle Garden to assure yourself of the well-being of your tree. Here you will find more information in which destinations the Eden Lifestyle Gardens are located.
How can I find my tree?
When you log into your Eden Lifestyle account, you will find our "Find my Tree" tool there. Here you will find detailed information about the location of your tree.
